Dr. is an outstanding scholar in the field of wireless communication and artificial
intelligence. Currently, he is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Munster Technological University (MTU) in Ireland and serves as a funded researcher at the CONNECT Research Centre of Trinity College Dublin. He holds a doctoral degree from Politecnico di Milano in Italy and has been engaged in research and project management of 5G/6G, industrial Internet and artificial intelligence in many top research institutions and multinational enterprises such as Trinity College Dublin, Altran Italia and EU Ocean Network. In 2022, he was awarded the IEEE ComSoc EMEA Distinguished Young Researcher Award and has served as the symposium chair or keynote speaker at many of the world's top academic conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and a member of the Global Academy of Young Scholars (GYA).
Dr. research mainly focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in wireless
communication, intelligent network security, edge computing and Industry 4.0/5.0 scenarios. He has presided over or participated in multiple international cooperation projects such as Horizon Europe of the European Union, MSCA, Erasmus+, etc., raising a total of more than 1.2 million euros in scientific research funding. In terms of standard setting, he was a member of the IEEE P1954 (Self-Organizing Spectrum Agile Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Communication) working group and also submitted the draft of the industrial control network to the IETF. He has long served as an associate editor for multiple international journals under IEEE and Elsevier, and has published over 80 high-impact academic papers. He possesses strong capabilities in scientific research organization, project execution, and cross-border communication.
